内容提要
Before the outbreak of the subprime crisis, most of the academic research were based on  monetary policy rules proposed by Taylor (1993) and believed that monetary policy only needs targeting to economic cycle and inflation. After the financial crisis, the academic scholars and policy authorities began to reflect on the harm of financial system risks and the role of monetary policy in maintaining financial stability. Then, how should monetary policy rules regulate the macroeconomic operation? From the view of economic history, what changes has happened to the global monetary policy rule in recent years? This paper answers the above two questions from a historical and global perspective.

报告人简介

陈创练 教授

经济学（金融学）博士，现任暨南大学经济学院金融系教授、博导，广东省珠江学者青年学者，广发银行兼职博士后导师。曾任中国社会科学院博士后和（香港）招商局集团战略研究部研究人员，新加坡南洋理工大学国家公派访问学者。研究方向为国际金融与货币政策、金融风险管理。在《经济研究》（4篇）、《世界经济》、《金融研究》、《中国工业经济》、《统计研究》以及国际SSCI期刊发表论文。主持3项国家自然科学基金以及10余项省部级课题，其中，包括2项教育部人文社科基金。
